!analysis in which a quasi-Markov simplex model
!(see Wiley and Wiley [1970] ASR) is fitted to
!four waves of 1980 NES panel data. Note that
!te(1,1) and te(4,4) are not identified, but are
!constrained to be equal to te(2,2) and te(3,3),
!respectively. Eliminate this constraint to see
!that it has no consequences for the other estimates.
